I’m on a mission to make 3D printing more accessible, practical, and powerful for everyone—from solo inventors to large organizations. By bridging the gap between ideas and implementation, I help clients turn concepts into real-world products, tools, and solutions using the full potential of 3D printing.

Niche 3D LLC was born out of the love of 3D printing and the abilities it provided in bringing new products into the world. I specialize in product development, CAD design for 3D printing, bulk 3D part production, and consulting across the 3D printing space. Whether you're prototyping your first invention or scaling up production, I bring expert insight and hands-on experience to help you succeed. My approach is collaborative, experimental, and always honest—because I believe the best results come from working closely with my clients and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with additive manufacturing.
Niche 3D LLC was established in Lowell Massachusetts in 2022.
Meet the Founder: Matthew Guy
I have a background in mechanical engineering and years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing, having worked across some of the most innovative companies in the space—including RIZE, Desktop Metal, Inkbit, and Z-Polymers. From developing high-performance filaments and optimizing print processes to leading post-processing workflows and R&D on new machines, that experience shaped the foundation for Niche 3D.
Today, at Niche 3D I am inventing new products with clients, mass producing parts, and furthering the adoption of AM.
